Team Administrator/Recruitment Coordinator

We have a new opportunity for a Team Administrator/Recruitment Coordinator to join our fantastic Recruitment team. This is a hybrid role with an expectation of 1 day a week in our Central London Offices.

Reporting to the Operations Director, the Team Administrator/ Coordinator will be working alongside a team of Consultants and the Accounts Division. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our operations, handling administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our recruitment processes.

Main responsibilities include:

  •  Providing support to the recruitment team, covering administrative tasks for both the Temporaries and Permanent divisions
  • Assisting the Accounts team with Credit Control and ad hoc tasks
  • Liaising with external Support providers
  • General office management
  • Onboarding new starters

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional organisational skills, we want to hear from you. Additional language skills beneficial but not essential.
