Customer Care Administrator - fluency in European language

My client, a globally renowned company, is looking for a candidate who is passionate about customer service to join their growing team. The candidate must be fluent in English and one of the following languages: French, German, Spanish or Italian. Spanish or Italian is preferred. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous customer service and sales administration experience to further their career.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Providing a high level of customer service
*Managing orders and deal with all order related enquiries
*Dealing with customer queries and problem efficiently, solving problems quickly and maintain customer satisfaction
*Adhering to all regulatory, quality and compliance guidelines to ensure my client's high quality standards

The ideal candidate will have:
*Fluency in English and a European language is essential(French, German, Spanish, Italian)
*Previous customer service experience
*Previous administration experience
*Experience in a high volume order entry/customer service environment
*Strong written and verbal skills
*Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise
*Good problem solving skills
*The ability to work in a pressurised environment
