The EU Customer Fulfilment Yard Operations team is looking for an enthusiastic, customer obsessed Business Analyst to help manage projects, implement and improve metrics, improve yard performance, utilisation and throughput and ensure that packages move efficiently through EU fulfilment centres to customers.

To be successful in this role, you need a passion for making data driven decisions which will have direct impact on the customer experience. Some keys to your success are the ability to be an effective communicator to various audiences. The ability to remain flexible and adept to learning new tools and systems is instrumental your role on the team. Our environment is deadline driven, fast paced and requires you to be detail-oriented and comfortable interacting or working with multiple teams (business and technical).


We are looking for:
Completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science or Statistics from an accredited University (or equivalent).

Experience with business analysis, finance, research, supply chain analysis, or strategic development

Outstanding attention to detail

Exceptional problem solving & analytical skills

Results driven, with proven record of successful implementations

Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables and charts) and VBA Automation

Proficiency in MySQL, SQL and Access databases


Basic Qualifications:
MBA or Master's Degree a strong plus
Proficiency in Tableau, R or Python a strong plus
Familiarity with data visualisation is a strong plus
Experience in business process improvement, Lean/Six Sigma a strong plus
Ability to think quantitatively and qualitatively about operating processes and outcomes
Ability to think both strategically and tactically to analyse transportation programs
Experience within an e-commerce retail environment
Proven ability to handle multiple priorities
Proven independent decision making skills in an often times ambiguous environment.

German Panel Support Coordinator

On behalf of my client with a Global presence within Market Research, I am currently recruiting for a German speaking Panel Support coordinator for a 9 month temporary role in central London

This role is due to start immediately and is expected to last a minimum of 9 month long position.
Our client requires a German speaker to work for a minimum of 24 hours per week between Monday to Friday, full time hours is an option if requested.

Which days you work is flexible so this is an ideal role to combine with studies or other work/home commitments.

There is no possibility of a full time position within this role so we are only looking for candidates who are strictly looking for part time work and who can commit to the timings and length of the assignment.

A Panel Support operator's job entails supporting one or more research panels. The main responsibility is to reply to the e-mail messages and phone calls from panel members by resolving problems and complaints. There is also an element of translation and proof reading to the role.

Fluency to native level in spoken and written German and English is essential to this role as is previous experience in Customer Services.

Any previous experience in Market Research and Proofreading is also preferred for this role.

Strong IT skills in all MS Office packages is also essential to this role along with clear communication and attention to detail skills. The application process for this role involves a Microsoft Outlook Test and a written Language test so candidates must be confident in their level of ability in these areas.

We are recruiting for a Global household name; looking for a Network Analyst, with proven Excel- VBA and SQL experience, to join it's team based out of its European Network Operation Centre in Hertfordshire.
The team is responsible for planning and scheduling the trucks/vehicles to be placed at each of the fulfilment centres across Europe, based on various factors such as forecast, historical trends, vehicles capacity and carrier capabilities.

Network Business Analysts drives the plans for timings of large scale inbound freight movement into the sites facilities and also maintains and reports up to date and accurate statistics and reports.
An ideal candidate should be able to understand the requirements/be able to analyse data and notice trends and be able to drive Customer Experience without compromising on time. The candidate should have the basic understanding of Logistics and should be able to communicate clearly in the written and oral form.


We are looking for candidates with:
Advanced Excel - VBA and SQL.
Demonstrated experience using data to drive root cause elimination and process improvement.
A Degree or equivalent in Logistics/Transportation or numerical orientated topic would be an advantage.

We are looking to recruit Logistics specialists with fluent German or Polish, for a European Network Operation Centre, based in Hertfordshire.

The team is responsible for planning and resolving any potential issues that impacts the customer. The Network Operation Centre plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the company's European transportation network and thereby has direct impact on the business's ability to serve customers on time.

A Transport Operations Specialist facilitates the flow of information between different stakeholders (Trans Carriers/Hubs/Warehouses) and resolves any potential issues that impacts customer experience and delivery performance. A Trans Ops Specialist provides timely resolution to the issue in hand by researching & querying internal tools, by taking real-time decisions and having an effective communication with the stakeholders (over phone or email).

An ideal candidate should be able to understand the issues and be able to drive Customer Experience without compromising on time.


We are looking for applicants with :
