A leading real estate company is now looking for a Personal Assistant to join their team Berlin. They are urgently looking for someone who is able to start immediately.

Personal Assistant  for the Head of Department



Your new tasks

As the Personal Assistan you will be responsible for a broad area of tasks such as but not limited:

  • Independent planning and prioritising of the diary
  • Travel management- booking flights and hotels etc., expenses
  • Internal and external correspondence
  • Creation of correspondence, confidential documents using MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel 
  • Sending emails and answering the telephone in German and English 
  • Thorough proof reading of documents in German and English
  • Ensuring the database records are updated regularly
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Support with pitches, marketing activities, market analyses, transactions etc.
  • All general ad hoc duties


Your Profile

To support the Head of Department you should bring:

  • A high level of fluency in English and German is an absolute must!
  • Excellent organisational, communication and analytical skills
  • Relevant education, and experience in  a similar environment
  • First-rate Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines
  • You like working within a team as well as independently
