Japanese Customer Services Assistant

Japanese Speaking Customer Services Assistant (reference 332209)

Euro London Appointments is working with an exciting new client in the luxury fashion industry. They are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Japanese speaking Customer Service Assistant to join their London based Customer Service team and be responsible for looking after the company's interactions with Japanese speaking customers.

The package on offer includes a competitive salary, health care, pension scheme and a brand new watch!!. This role is based at their Covent Garden office working Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 18:00.

Required skills:
- Fluent to native level Japanese
- Fluent level English
-Customer Service experience
-IT Skills (CRM system, Microsoft packages,…)
-Capacity to work under pressure when necessary.
-Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English and Japanese.
- Organised with a strong sense of analysis and decision making.
-Capacity to create and maintain great relations customers, suppliers and providers.


Areas of responsibility will include (but not limited to):
-Manage incoming emails, online chat and responsive media.
-Daily fraud checks to avoid risk and financial loss
-Look after customer repairs and replacements under warranty.
-Making sure that the customers receive the greatest service
-Assist the London retail stores and warehouse when required.


Desirable:
-Experience in using different systems such as : Zendesk, Magento, Peoplevox and Adyen.
