German Speaking Customer Service Representative (SMJM/332735)

Are you an animal lover or keen on forward-thinking design? Or both?! Either way, I am working exclusively with a small company in the English countryside who operate globally searching for a fluent German speaker for a new permanent customer services position based in Wardington, Oxfordshire.

This online retailer of animal housing products are looking for the new addition to their vibrant, international team. You will be able to utilise your language skills offering support to German & English speaking territories building long-lasting internal and external relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries and advising on modern innovative designs of products such as chicken coops, dog houses and beehives. This company operates all over Europe and is expanding worldwide so it is a great time to join!

The ideal candidate will be -
- Fluent to native level in German
- Be a confident communicator, both verbally and in writing, in order to handle customer calls involving orders, deliveries, collections, returns and refunds
- A team player with a positive outlook and strong work ethic
