On behalf of our client, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Spanish & Italian speaker to join a truly international company.

This great (minimum 1 month, more likely longer) opportunity offers you a variety of tasks in a international environment.

You will be working in a beautiful office in an exciting customer service role advising and helping your customers with all kind of questions in Spanish and Italian.

Our client is looking for a candidate who is fluent in English and Spanish and Italian and comfortable reading and replying to emails in both languages (Spanish and Italian)

Please note, this is an email based customer service role, therefore your writing skills in Spanish and Italian must be perfect.

*First point of contact for non technical questions
*Resolve customer issues and questions
*Communication between departments; sales, logistics, finance and more
*Develop relationships with key customers
*Always ensure that the customer is happy
*Database entry

*Experience within a customer service role
*Fluent in Spanish and Italian and English
*Experience with customer service within an office environment is an advantage
*Awareness of customer service principles and practices
*MS Office knowledge is expected

*High attention to detail
*Flawless skills in Spanish and Italian
*An interest in customer service tasks
