Your Responsibilities

As the Regional Client Support Manager your role is to maximise value for the client in order to maximise their Profitability. You will deliver support services for Clients who consist of Restaurant Franchisee’s across a number of European locations. This will include

·         Managing relationships with clients across your region

·         Ensure Stakeholders are fully aware of all tools, services and support functions that are available to them

·         Manage a small team to ensure that Franchisee business objectives are met

·         Manage Information Reporting to show effectiveness of support team

·         Manage clients across a number of regions including Germany, The Netherlands, Nordics and Poland

·         Work across various locations and with various teams to ensure communication of successes and learnings.

·         Budget Management

Your Profile

You will be a seasoned Client Services Manager with excellent people Management Skills. You will have a proven track record of providing first class service in an operational role. In addition you will

·         Have considerable operational experience ideally within a hospitality or client focused environment

·         Excellent client services skills coming from an operations background

·         Previous experience of managing a small team

·         The ability to think on your feet and manage problems as they arise

·         Fluent English and German, other European Languages are an advantage

Working from a home office you will be used to travelling to meet with clients.  You will also have previous experience of • Selling Technology Services • Have the ability to work out sales margins and discount levels • You will be a target oriented individual • Ability to establish rapport and build relationships • Fluency in English and German is essential • This role involves travel throughout the region. Ideally you will have a background in engineering and have a solid sales track record. You will take over an established territory and will be responsible for making sales calls and providing commercial and technical service to a variety of clients including MRO Customers and Distribution channels as well as OEM’s   Your Responsibilities: • Identify and target markets with your region • Develop relationships with both existing and new business • Conduct training and educational programs for sales channel & customer base. • Rolling out new advanced products among existing client base • Provide customer service.
