Have you got any experience in a law firm or a bank already and want to move to a new challenge? An international legal firm, with offices around the globe is currently looking for a bright, stress resistant and organised assistant with fluent German and English to join their Banking- and Finance Law team as a Team Assistant in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

Your role as a Team Assistant:

You will be supporting a team of 8-10 people including Partners and Associates as a Team Assistant with their international cases with the following tasks, in English and in German:

  • Working with complex documents: formatting and amending
  • Preparing presentations
  • Travel arrangements
  • Calendar management
  • Support and general arrangements for the team
  • Filing and update of client data
  • Correspondence by email and phone
  • Organising meetings and greeting internal and external visitors

 

Your profile:

  • You have Commercial education or qualification as Foreign Language Secretary
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English knowledge
  • Previous experience in a law firm or in a bank is ideal, but not a must
  • You have fast and accurate typing skills
  • You have great MS Office skills
  • You are organised and stress resistant
  • You are a great communicator
  • You are confident and friendly
  • You are well presented and professional
