Our client is an international player providing companies, media- and PR Agencies with different communication software solutions such as media research, media monitoring as well as a PR focused CRM-software solution. Due to growth in the company they are now expanding and recruiting for a Sales Consultant – Inside Sales based in Frankfurt.

 

Sales Consultant – Inside sales (m/f) – Online Software Solutions

Permanent Position / Frankfurt am Main

 

Your new duties and responsibilities

As the new Sales Consultant it will be your responsibility to generate business from acquiring new customers and clients. It will be your goal to achieve revenue targets and to grow market share. You will be assisted by a marketing team that generates warm leads. The majority of the role is inside sales but you will also have the chance to visit your clients from time to time to build a strong relationship with them.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Proactively identify opportunities and contacts with new clients
  • Win new customers as well as cultivate and develop existing clients
  • Monitor the progress of account development
  • Supporting and aiding clients on the telephone with any questions, problems or concerns they have
  • Achieve sales targets by selling the full portfolio of products and services across Germany
  • To build and maintain a pipeline of new business sales
  • Be in charge of the whole sales cycle from A-Z
  • Consultative selling to small-, medium- and large enterprise clients
  • Continues market- and competitor research

 

Your profile

The new Sales Consultant should be a sales driven person. It is vital that you easily connect to new people over the phone and that you enjoy the contact. You should be confident in yourself and make your own decisions, but at the same time be a team player. Our client is looking for a pro-active sales person and a go-getter. As they are searching for many people, they are willing to look at both junior candidates with less experience as well as more experienced sales professionals.

The ideal candidate should also have the following qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • Inside sales or account management experience
  • Experience and/ or knowledge in PR, communication or media is of advantage
  • An interest in online, social media and new technologies
  • Excellent customer relations, verbal and written communications skills
  • Great MS-Office skills
  • Fluent German and good English skills
