Customer Service Representative - English & French (m/f)

Customer Service Representative (m/f) – English & French

Part-time position (25-35 hrs.) in Hamburg area


Your new duties and responsibilities

  • You will be the main contact person for eCommerce and Customer Service clients; correspondence will be in French and English, Italian would be a plus
  • You will provide customer support and consultancy of new and existing online clients via email and telephone; e.g. in regards to product maintenance, care and general product information. 
  • You will enter orders, returns, cancellations, vouchers etc. within the company’s internal system.
  • You will support the client throughout the online order process.
  • You will manage complains of ecommerce clients (end consumers).
  • You will monitor the prearranged delivery times; collaborate with the central distribution centre in regards to  availability and delivery date
  • You will generate additional sales by cross-selling and up-selling.
  • You will identify and analyse trends of customer satisfaction / problems in the online order transaction.
  • You will close collaboration with existing customer service in regards to repair and after sales service questions.


Your profile

  • Educational background in retail, trade or similar
  • Fluent in both French and English, Italian would be a plus
  • Professional  experience in customer service, ideally with experience in telesales for high-quality products within the fashion industry, mail order selling or online services / ecommerce
  • Sales experience/ client contact within retail sales are an advantage
  • Charismatic and articulate consultant with a high affinity to luxurious products
  • Distinct customer and service orientation, very good communication skills with a passion for consultancy
  • Passion and enthusiasm to represent a brand
