Customer Interactive Solutions Engineer- L2 - Multilingual

Global business specialising in information technology services is seeking outstanding CIS Engineers to join their rapidly growing team to support their international clients throughout their journey. The role is focused on providing second line support, resolving incidents of medium complexity.

The role:
-Providing remote support to clients.
-Identifying root cause of technical issues.
-Resolving of incidents and service requests.
-Providing feedback, report technical shortcomings and suggest improvements.
-Managing problematic and reoccurring incidents, reporting them to high complexity teams
with relevant documentation and reports required.

Requirements:
-3 years of experience in voice/video platform support or administration
-In-depth knowledge of at least one of the following technologies:
*Genesys
*Alcatel
*Avaya
*Cisco
-Fluency in one if the following languages:
*French
*German
*Dutch
*Spanish
*Czech
