I am currently working with a global technology company on a position for a candidate who is fluent in BOTH German and Turkish. This is a perfect role for a highly-motivated and technically literate candidate. You will take ownership of business accounts and ensure the smooth customer journey from start to finish.
You will act as the first point of contact covering systems, policies and products and ensuring the fast and high quality resolution each time. You will build key relationships with both internal and external partners to ensure improvement in efficiency in the company's work.
The ideal candidate will be -
- Fluent to native level in BOTH German AND Turkish
- Possess high level customer support skills
- Experienced in a technical support or finance role (highly advantageous)
- Able to grasp new systems and procedures quickly
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A team player and possess excellent people skills
- An outstanding communicator (verbal and written)
