JavaScript Developer

We are looking for a JavaScript Developer for a full-time permanent position in London and you will be joining an advertising company who specialises in mobile and tablet campaigns for premium brands around the world.

Joining the creative team, you will be developing custom JavaScript modules for repeated use on their platform, developing new products and assisting with the creation of advertising units for some of the best brands.

You must be keen to learn new skills and technologies but also use your creative thinking to challenge the boundaries of mobile and tablet advertising. It is very important that your JavaScript skills are amazing as basic or intermediate knowledge isn't sufficient for this role. You will need to know about object-oriented programming and inheritance in this context.
In exchange for this you will be given a lot of freedom to develop your own ideas into products but you should be comfortable managing your responsibilities and time.


Day to day you will be responsible for:

-Providing technical advice on design, functionality and performance of advertising of units and well as liaising with the creative team to custom develop functionality within these units.
-Working closely with the operations team to troubleshoot and optimise units for different devices and publishers.
-Developing and implement custom code within specialist units
-Developing reusable code modules interfacing with creative platform its API and developing functionality, features, formats and templates.

What you need to have:

-Fluent French and/or German is a major plus
-Solid knowledge of Javascript, HTML and CSS is essential.
-Excellent time management and attention to detail in order to provide first class products.
-Familiarity basic backend AWS and server side Node.js are big plusses
-Knowledge of JS libraries and frameworks like Blackbone, Angualar and React is good to have
-Digital advertising experience (preferable mobile) & Celtra is desirable.
-A critical thinking, curious and motivated personality

So after years of experience in application writing and interviewing,  I thought why not make this my career?

I enjoy music very much and try to teach myself piano. Other than that, I love to read, watch TV series/films, history, fashion, cooking, art and beer gardens, preferably when the sun is out.

The European Customer Services Centre provides 24/7/365 support for all client's Data Centers. As a Technical Support Advisor you will act as the first point of contact for all customers ensuring that queries and requests are managed in accordance with agreed service level agreements.
