Euro London Appointments is currently recruiting for a leading global embedded software code compliance and testing client who are currently recruiting in their London office for a skilled German and English speaking Technical and Post-Sales Consultant to deliver high-quality Technical Account Management and Post-sales technical support to clients spanning the Aerospace, Automotive, Medical and Financial Sectors.

The responsibilities below represent the main elements of the role. Over time these may be expanded as the successful candidate develops their career.
*Analysis of customer support issues ( similar to technical account management) once the product is installed into the customer's technical environment , working often with clients across the DACH ( German speaking) market.
*Post Sales mentoring and consulting including set-up and installation of solutions in contact with regional distributors in country.
*Critique work on coding standards.
*Conducting product training courses for clients.
*Seminar and conference presentations in the UK and throughout Europe.
Requirements (Technical and Non-Technical)
*A Bachelors Degree in an IT or Engineering related discipline with a strong experience in C/C languages to provide customer-facing consulting services on C/C based embedded software products.
*Programming skills in C/C ( there is no software development in the position but the knowledge of working with these languages is essential as the product is based on them)
*Analysis of customer support issues with Post sales support and consultancy as part of our Global Support Network.
*Advanced knowledge of Windows and Linux.
*Strong oral and written German and English communications skills and the confidence to present to audiences with different levels of technical understanding.
*Any other languages , particularly French or Italian are beneficial but not essential.
*Any customer facing or technical teaching experience is highly beneficial but not essential. This is because you will be working in a role combining client facing and remote client interaction, where the ability to communicate technical information and concepts is vital.
