Dutch Speaking Account Officer - Licensing - CRM

Duties will include but not be limited to:
*Licensing - providing licences to eligible organisations
*Turnover declarations - requesting and processing turnover declarations (sales/purchase statements) from licensees
*Customer relations - must ensure all issues related to the licensing are being managed and are a mutual benefit to the scheme and the licensees, solutions to any issues should be found within the agreed licensing policies

Ideal candidates will have the following experience:
*fluent English, both spoken and written, is essential;
*fluent Dutch, both spoken and written, is essential;
*additional relevant languages are a great advantage;
*experienced organisational and administrative skills;
*excellent attention to detail;
*computer skills, including the use of standard software packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat);
*demonstrable experience with contact management software and other databases;
*experience preparing and delivering presentations and reports;
*excellent communication skills;
*experience of successfully cultivating relationships with colleagues and clients, with a people-centred approach to business and work;
*demonstrable cultural awareness and sensitivity to the diversity of values, views and approaches to issues
