Product Consultant - German Speaking
An international software company providing an events management SaaS platform is looking for a fluent German speaker to join their fast growing Client Services team. You will be joining as Product Specialist, working alongside project coordinators, client success consultants and other product consultants. As part of their investment in you, they fly you all expenses paid to their US HQ for 4 weeks of intensive training in July. The company itself is very well established with offices around the world and their brand is synonymous with event management.
They are looking for someone who will immerse themselves in the products in order to provide support to customers over the phone and through the web. You will be using Salesforce.com to document interaction, so knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
Included in the duties is offering advice to customers to maximise their use of the product and collect product feedback.
As well as responding to customer submissions on the support page, you will be communicating with clients to review the initial implementation and make changes as required ensuring client satisfaction.
All they ask of you is to be a detail-orientated multitasker, team player, great communicator and be fluent in English & German. In return you will work in a great environment in the heart of London where there are great opportunities to grow.
