We have a number of exciting, busy and diverse roles on behalf of our City clients for all levels of admin support - From Reception to EA ideally with another European language.
The roles will include duties such as:
Extensive diary management
Extensive client liaison
Dealing with high volume of phone calls and emails.
Communicating information in a timely manner.
Coordinating and scheduling meetings, conferences and special events
Arranging travel and assisting with expense reports.
Taking on ad hoc projects
Ordering and organising all office supplies
Must be able to prioritise a variety of time-sensitive tasks.
Ideally you will be team orientated with an extremely professional approach to all duties. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of seniority is also essential.
