Team Assistant any European language

Exceptional opportunity for a Team Co coordinator/Assistant to work on assignment for our City Based banking client.
This is a diverse role which would suit an assistant looking for a busy role that encompasses admin and research functions as well as team assistant support ones!

Candidates ideally will be self starters who can work as part of a team and who can demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to duties.
Attention to detail is also essential in this role as is the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Intermediate to advanced level of word, excel and powerpoint is essential as these MS office packages will be required on a daily basis.

Duties include:
Acting as first point of contact (Go to person) for the team and other divisions
Organising, printing and distribution of reports
Generating mailing lists
Checking invoices
Monitoring the quality of research and attending update meetings with external vendors
Supporting with formatting of DTP requests
Creating and publishing research summaries for other regions
Maintaining team attendance record
Diary Management
Arranging meetings and booking meeting rooms
Organising video conferences
Client liaison and telephone screening
Reconciliation of travel expenses
