We are looking for a bilingual Sportsbook CRM Manager to join a multinational sports betting and gaming group. Do you have experience as a CRM Manager and a passion for sports, especially football? If so, this could be the right opportunity for you.

The role:
The Sportsbook CRM Manager will be responsible for creating and executing
coherent, strategically aligned contact strategies for customer's segments, including automated campaigns, promotions, bonus campaigns and social media campaigns.



Primary responsibilities include:

Develop, plan and implement data driven CRM strategies, promotions and automated
retention campaigns aimed at maximising customer lifetime value and profitability.

Maximising local CRM budget and deliver positive ROI.

Ensure that promotions are consistent, attractive, cost effective, relevant and aligned with other areas of the business at all times.

Monitor and report on campaign results and performance.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and legislation so that all risks within areas of responsibility are identified and managed effectively.


The ideal candidate:
Fluency in English and Danish.
Degree Educated (in Marketing ideally) or equivalent experience.
Solid strategic experience in customer base management and data driven campaign
management.
Passion for sports, football in particular with excellent knowledge of local and
international players, teams and leagues.
