An international engineering solutions company, pioneer in their field, is looking to appoint an Export Administrator with fluency in Spanish and English to support their global clients and needs.
Based in Burton Upon Trent, the ideal candidate will have previous experience in a commercial/business environment in a client focused role. You will have excellent administration skills and preferably have previous experience working with Export documentation.
The role is a administrative focused role but also requires dealing with clients by phone and email. Previous experience in a customer focused and office environment is essential. You will be offering ongoing support via phone and email in a timely and proficient manner. You will also be working as a team ensuring all customers receive excellent levels of customer service. Assisting in credit control will also be included in your daily/weekly duties with the goal of recovering overdue payments.
Our client works on a global level and candidates with fluency in Spanish and English are highly desireable. Your English must be completely fluent both spoken and written as this is the main business language. Experience in Microsoft office and an excellent telephone manner is essential.
