Publishing Manager / Internship Offer - London

A fast growing mobile start-up is looking for a motivated individual to join their team in London to manage key relationships with their partners , initially on a 3 month full-time (paid) internship basis with the possibility of going permanent. They specialise in premium tablet and mobile campaigns for global brands and have had incredible success since they launched 3 years ago.

As a Publishing Manager you will be helping to build the global publishing offering further, whilst nurturing and maintaining great relationships with key partners. You'll get the opportunity to structure trading deals, calculating margins and working to targets. As the company operates in the premium niche you will have a consulting role for the sales team due to the strong knowledge gained regarding the publisher's offerings and the live campaigns.

We are looking for individuals who can build business relationships and are motivated to do so. The ideal candidate has knowledge of advertising and media planning, a good set of analytical skills and a personable character who can successfully build rapport with publishers. You should also be confident in presenting and be great at communicating and convincing people in order to achieve the results expected. Other than that a can-do attitude, someone who can think creatively and have some technical skills like Microsoft and Mac office is what we are really looking for. If you speak French or German this is definitely an advantage but other languages will be considered as well.

So after years of experience in application writing and interviewing,  I thought why not make this my career?

I enjoy music very much and try to teach myself piano. Other than that, I love to read, watch TV series/films, history, fashion, cooking, art and beer gardens, preferably when the sun is out.
