Italian speaking Administrative Assistant

We have an opening with one of our City based banking and Finance clients for an Italian speaking Float Administrative Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to different teams and different levels of seniority throughout different divisions within the bank. Key attributes for this role are
Flexibility re duties, a highly proactive approach, high levels of professionalism and a natural ability to multi task while remaining calm and composed at all times.
Duties include:
Correspondence in Italian and English
Diary management
Arranging travel and visas when required
Reconciling expenses
Extensive client liaison in Italian and English
Arranging meetings
Booking meeting rooms and equipment
Invoicing
Tracking holidays and absences for the team

This is an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate who is also looking to use Italian language skills

  • Our City based, Financial services clients have a number of ongoing temporary and possibly temporary to perm roles available for top level Executive assistants and PA's who are available to work immediately. These are fabulous opportunities for Assistants who are highly professional, proactive and Team orientated and who take pride in supporting high performing teams! Duties include but are not limited to: Extensive Diary management Responding to a high volume of phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner. Coordinating and scheduling meetings, conferences and special events. Coordinates travel arrangements. Taking on ad hoc projects while managing own tasks Miscellaneous general office duties and administrative support. Ordering office supplies. Maintaining faxes, printers and photocopiers. Reconciling travel expenses. Candidates muust be able to prioritize a variety of time-sensitive tasks. Demonstrate dependability, sense of urgency, and high attention to detail along with the ability to multi-task. Must display a consistent, professional degree of communication skills in person, on phone, by e-mail and letter to senior level executives. Comfortable working with people at all organisational levels. Previous experience in a support function within a large blue chip firm would also be highly advantageous.
