Mandarin Speaking Ecolabel Account Officer

A reputable international non-profit organization focusing in sustainable fishing is currently looking for a Mandarin speaker to join their ecolabel team for the approval and protection of ecolabel in Asia. This role will be based in the heart of London and the working hours would be from 7am-3pm Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities of this role include:
*Providing licences to eligible organisations wishing to use sustainable fishing ecolabel;
*Approving the use of the ecolabels on relevant materials;
*Ensuring the processing of all relevant request are reviewed and recorded timely and accurately on the internal database
*Requesting and processing turnover declarations data from all relevant external parties; making sure the royalty revenue can be invoiced accurately and timely
*Acting as the point of contact to all customers; dealing with inquires and able to provide solutions within the policy frame.
*Maintain a good relationship with all ecolabel customers on a day to day basis
*Provides updates and reports on products and licensee numbers in the program and graphs on turnover and product related data
*Coordinating within the team or relevant departments to ensure all daily tasks are carried out smoothly
*Making relevant policies and working on individual projects within the team.

To Apply If you are confident you meet the requirements below:
*Fluent English and Mandarin speaker in both speaking and writing, Cantonese speaking or another Asian language will be a big advantage;
*Passionate about marine sustainability and eager to play a role to contribute;
*Knowledge of third party certification schemes is desirable;
*Great data analytical and processing skills
*Previous experience working with contact management and database software;
*Proven track in an administrator role with multi-tasking skills
*Fluent user of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat;
*Experience preparing and delivering presentations and reports;
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
*Previous experience in customer facing role or client relationship building is desirable;
*Great attention to details and well organized
*Quick learner and resilient to pressure
