I am currently looking for a detail-oriented and organized Conference Administrator to coordinate and support the planning and execution of a company’s conferences and events.
Responsibilities:
-Assisting with the coordination of speakers for the event. This will include setting up panel preparation calls, issuing invitations to Leadership Roundtables, managing speaker contracts and coordinating and verifying speaker/event details
- Coordinate attendee registration proces
- Develop and maintain conference timelines, schedules, and checklists to ensure smooth execution of events
- Coordinate post-event evaluation process
- Assist in developing marketing collateral and promotional materials for conferences, and support marketing efforts to increase conference attendance
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of administrative experience
- Exceptional interpersonal, organization and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmen
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning software
