Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Representative (Reference 332282)
Euro London Appointments are working with the customer services team of a leading healthcare brand on a new position for a Norwegian speaker. This is an emerging team within the business that offers plenty of learning and development opportunities as the Norwegian speaking market continues to grow.
The purpose of this role is to act as the primary customer contact over phone and email for the Norwegian market. This will involve both inbound and outbound calling, following up leads and confirming payments. Being involved in the order to cash process will give an experience customer services professional the opportunity to advance their career.
As well as career opportunities and a competitive basic salary, this role offers an excellent bonus scheme in line with activity and revenue targets. The successful candidate must be a team player as you will be working closely working with the Norwegian marketing manager and customer services team leader.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be fluent to native level in Norwegian
- Fluent in English
- Have previous customer service experience in an office or contact centre environment
- Be target driven and working towards a financial reward (Possible to earn an extra £6000 on top of basic salary)
- Remain calm under pressure and able to handle a high volume of work
- Enjoy working in a close-knit and hardworking team
