New year, new role! Are you a bilingual in French and English or Italian and English, looking to work in an international organisation based in Rugby forming part of the European Customer Services team? If so, read on:
You will be expected to deal with UK & French/Italian clients so both languages require a high fluency both spoken and written. You will deal with customers in a timely manner providing excellent customer service, processing orders, dealing with enquiries, carrying out surveys, and any other administrative duties needed. The successful candidate will be fluent to native standard in English and will also be fluent in French or Italian. In addition, candidates with knowledge/fluency in other languages will be highly considered. You will have the ability to multi-task and to handle varied tasks working in a fast paced dynamic environment. Ideally you will have previous office experience within administration/support or customer services. Hours of work are on a shift basis Monday-Friday. 08:30-16:30 or 10:30 - 19:00
