The team is responsible for planning and resolving any potential issues that impacts the customer. The Network Operation Centre plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the company's European transportation network and thereby has direct impact on the business's ability to serve customers on time. A Transport Operations Specialist facilitates the flow of information between different stakeholders (Trans Carriers/Hubs/Warehouses) and resolves any potential issues that impacts customer experience and delivery performance. A Trans Ops Specialist provides timely resolution to the issue in hand by researching & querying internal tools, by taking real-time decisions and having an effective communication with the stakeholders (over phone or email). An ideal candidate should be able to understand the issues and be able to drive Customer Experience without compromising on time. We are looking for applicants with : A Degree (or equivalent experience) in Logistics/Supply Chain or Transportation. Previous logistics experience/experience of transport planning.
