This role also needs to review the people management strategy within the team, personal and performance objectives, Service Level Agreements and the focus for the individuals, in order for them to deliver the customer service expected from People Services. This year will also see a number of projects being implemented and this role will need to be part of the implementation leadership team, working with their counter parts for the other countries as well as the dotted line to the smaller country support.
