  • Working for a global market leader in this unique and hugely successful enterprise, you will be working as an Account Manager for the Scandinavian market. The successful candidate will be fluent in Finish or Swedish or ideally in both! Some of your main responsibilities will include: Supporting the existing account managers in the office by contacting their accounts and supporting them. * Calling independent retail outlets every week to ensure that they have the right range in stock * Advising them on what products they need to order to suit their business needs so that they can maximise all sales opportunities * Developing a relationship of trust with your customers* Performing stock checks and ensuring they reorder stock that has been sold * Informing them of new product ranges and identifying opportunities to close sales * Looking for more ways to grow the number of customers committed to our stockist programme, and ensuring a long-term beneficial trading relationship. Previous experience in a B2B role in customer services, sales is ideal.   • On behalf of my client with a Global presence within Market Research, I am currently recruiting for a German speaking Panel Support coordinator for a 9 month temporary role in central London This role is due to start immediately and is expected to last a minimum of 9 month long position. Our client requires a German speaker to work for a minimum of 24 hours per week between Monday to Friday, full time hours is an option if requested. Which days you work is flexible so this is an ideal role to combine with studies or other work/home commitments. There is no possibility of a full time position within this role so we are only looking for candidates who are strictly looking for part time work and who can commit to the timings and length of the assignment. A Panel Support operator's job entails supporting one or more research panels. The main responsibility is to reply to the e-mail messages and phone calls from panel members by resolving problems and complaints. There is also an element of translation and proof reading to the role. Fluency to native level in spoken and written German and English is essential to this role as is previous experience in Customer Services. Any previous experience in Market Research and Proofreading is also preferred for this role.
