Ein globales Investmentbanking-Beratungsunternehmen sucht f&uuml;r den Standort Leipzig, zun&auml;chst befristet als Elternzeitvertretung, engagierte Unterst&uuml;tzung mit guten Sprachkenntnissen in Englisch und Deutsch, kommunikativ und mit Erfahrung im Recruiting und kaufm&auml;nnischen-/Assistenz Bereich. 
Deine Aufgaben sind unter anderem:
<ul>
<li>Unterst&uuml;tzung bei allen anfallenden Aufgaben im Recruiting-Prozess (Bewerbungsmanagement, Terminvereinbarungen und Datenerfassung im HR-System)</li>
<li>Entwerfen, Schalten und &Uuml;berwachen von Stellenanzeigen in enger Abstimmung mit den einzelnen Fachabteilungen</li>
<li>Vorbereitung von Recruiting Events und Bewerbungsgespr&auml;che</li>
<li>Recherche von Recruiting-Trends und -Kan&auml;le</li>
<li>Austausch mit Drittanbietern und Recruiting-Dienstleistern (z. B. Personalvermittlungen)</li>
</ul>
Dein Profil:

<li>Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufm&auml;nnische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung oder Studienabschluss</li>
<li>Relevante Berufserfahrung in einer &auml;hnlichen Position idealerweise mit internationalem Umfeld</li>
<li>Sicherer Umgang mit allen g&auml;ngigen MS Office-Anwendungen sowie EDV-Affinit&auml;t</li>

 As part of your task, you will be responsible for the analytical side of the recruiting process and support the team throughout the recruitment cycle. Your tasks include:

<li>Analysis of key data for recruiting</li>
<li>Development and elaboration of search strategies in collaboration with the research team</li>
<li>Extensive use of various online databases as well as proprietary databases</li>
<li>Initial candidate selection through various channels</li>
<li>Identification as well as targeted pre-selection of potential candidates for open position and to grow my clientes candidates porfolio</li>
<li>Initial candidate approach as well as telephone and personal interviews</li>
<li>Project management and preparation of market overviews across diverse sectors &amp; various seniority levels</li>
<li>Preparation of client meetings and marketing materials</li>
<li>Supervision and further development of knowledge management; recording and updating market insights in data back</li>
<li>Maintenance of the internal database</li>
</ul>
 Your profile:
<ul>
<li>University degree idieally in Economics, Administrtion, Finance or related (BWL)with an analytical mindset</li>
<li>Proactive nature and hands on mentality</li>
<li>Native level in German and fluent English</li>
<li>Experience in recruitment is good to have but no needed, we welcome entry level candidates that just finish or are about to finish their Bachelor Degree&nbsp;</li>
