Your mission is to deliver excellent IT support to enable our client's teams to focus on advancing healthcare solutions for women worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide technical assistance for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain end-user hardware and software.
  • Support remote and on-site users with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.


  • 💼 Minimum 1 year of experience in 1st-Level IT Support.
  • 🖥️ Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • 🤝 Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • 🌐 Basic knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • 🇩🇪 Language C1 German is a must.
  • 🎓 IT-related certification (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, etc.) is a plus.
