Job Title: French speaking Customer Service Advisor

Location: Hybrid – Oxfordshire

Salary: £25,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our client’s Customer Service team as a French-Speaking Customer Service Advisor. This is a permanent position that offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a vibrant team in a hybrid working environment in Oxfordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Enquiries: Addressing customer queries and providing detailed information about our products.
  • Coordinating with Couriers: Ensuring smooth communication and coordination with couriers to facilitate timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Order Processing: Managing the end-to-end order process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.


  • Native level fluency in French
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and individually.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
