Your future role in the team:

*Deliver product demonstrations, in-market events and account specific initiatives

*Use CRM-Salesforce.com to track activities
*Attend regular regional meetings and update team on progress of activities

The ideal candidate:

*Is experienced with Business Development of Enterprise Software solutions
*Is versed in IT Operations Management solutions
*Has experience using a CRM (Salesforce.com preferred)

Technical Support Engineer (German)

You will be key in identifying product bugs and work directly with Developers, Project Managers and Testers to provide best in class navigation based tools to commercial clients across Europe.

This role supports software engineers in partnering or customer organisations to successfully integrate their software into a broader solution.

Responsibilities:

- Technical liaison helping to solve challenges that customers and partners encounter

- Working with partners to qualify enhancement specifications

Required Skills:

Customer Account Manager - Italian - £25,000 per annum - near Burton on Trent

A new role for a fluent Italian speaker with excellent communication skills has arisen within an international healthcare company situated close to Burton upon Trent.

This is a highly communicative role with external clients in hospitals and clinics and also within the departments liaising internally. Industry experience is relevant but more importantly is a high level of customer service and commitment to a busy international team.

Your core duties will include:

Be the Healthcare Professional contact point on all Access Programs
* Identify operational efficiencies and program enhancements and discuss with project management team
* Support Physicians throughout the request process, ensuring all questions are responded to promptly
* Ensure all ordering physicians and delivery sites are verified
* Manage situations where customers are distressed in a calm and solution focused manner
* Advise customers on the regulatory landscape in their market, with support from the regulatory team
* Ensure quality and regulatory requirements are met and ensure all country-specific requirements are followed

Their main product is a market intelligence platform that helps their clients stay ahead of the trends in the industry. This is a mobile role and will involve face-to-face meetings with existing and new clients across the designated region as well as conversation via phone and e-mail.
