Vous avez une responsabilité de bout de bout du marché, offres et produits. En contact direct avec les clients et les fournisseurs à travers les différents services de l’entreprise.

 

RESPONSABILITES

  • Contribue à la définition du plan marketing des différents marchés. 
  • Conduit la phase amont de définition de l’offre et de produit notamment en analysant le marché, les besoins client et métiers internes.
  • Rédige l’expression de besoin marketing, coordonne le développement du produit avec les équipes réseau, SI. 
  • Pilote la mise sur le marché d’un produit et d’un service.
  • Met en œuvre le lancement du produit en intégrant les aspects de communication, les aspects contractuels, les process internes, les parcours client et les formations.
  • Assure le suivi du produit : analyse les ventes, collecte les remontées client et métiers internes, et propose des évolutions pour l’amélioration continue.

 

PROFIL REQUIS

Idéalement, Master en Marketing, école de commerce ou cycle marketing complété par 5 ans d’expérience (Chef de Produit Industriel, Pharmaceutique, Startup)

RESPONSABILITES

  • Comprendre les grands axes de développement stratégique.

  • Définit la Roadmap technologique du Systèmes d’Information en partenariat avec les architectes systèmes et en adéquation avec les contraintes budgétaires. 
  • Garantit le déploiement des projets SI dans le cadre de la Roadmap SI.

  • Participe aux processus de sélection de fournisseurs et gère la relation contractuelle. 
  • Définit les tableaux de bord nécessaires au suivi de son activité et maintient un reporting régulier vers ses pairs et sa hiérarchie.   
  • Assure le management de l’équipe.

  • Ingénieur (ou équivalent) avec 10 ans d’expérience dans un secteur technique
  • Expérience managériale avérée de 10 ans minimum

Our client, an online media agency experiencing significant growth on an international level is looking to appoint a new member to their compliance team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure compliance with the Dutch gambling regulations. You will be the organisations advisor on Dutch Compliance, including managing the licence applications, implementation of policies and procedures and licence maintenance. You will be required to oversee and manage the tasks and issues in a timely manner, and provide the necessary updates to the compliance and country managers.



Specific Responsibilities include:



Main Responsibilities

* Maintain a close relationship with the legal advisors based in Netherlands

* Manage the licence application, including all associated policies and procedures

* Build and maintain a relationship with the regulators

* Review compliance of marketing and product developments

* Keep senior management up to date on regulatory updates and ensure compliance is maintained

* Undertaking the end to end process of performing audits and reviews as and when required

* Being the main point of contact for the Dutch lawyers

* Provide additional support to the compliance manager and team where required



Technical knowledge

* At least 1 year proven experience within a gambling compliance role

* Proven experience of licence application process

* A sound knowledge of the Dutch gambling market

Key Responsibilities:

As a Solution Architect you will:

  • Manage activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation.

Key Requirements: 

  • Fluent in both German and English is a MUST
  • Degree in Computer Science or a technical discipline
  • Between 7-10 years of relevant experience in the capacity of a Solution Architect, Pre-sales Engineer or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of the SDLC, DevOps pipelines, test automation, and some scripting would be advantageous.
