Head of IT Support (m/f)


Job Description

  • Coaching, leading an managing the Customer support team (75 pax off- and near shore)
  • Creating new and improving existing processes and procedures
  • Spearheading important customer negotiations and making decisions
  • Reporting directly to the board of directors


Your Profile

  • Solid experience in international Customer support
  • Proven track record of leading and coaching a multinational team
  • Fluent in English, Russian is a plus
  • Acquainted  with digital transformation processes/ M&As/ change management
