Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisor

The Italian speaking temporary positions I am currently recruiting for tick all of those boxes. You will be working on behalf of my internationally renowned client for a period of up to 3 months, supporting one of their teams who are in need of temporary staff to support their work. You will gain experience at one of the luxury retail industry's biggest names and be paid well for the time you work.

So what's the catch...?

I only have two positions to fill. That means only two lucky candidates will get the chance to join this fantastic company.

Here's the basics:

Hours: Working hours are between 7am - 7pm, (e.g 9am - 5pm / 8am - 4pm).


Experience required:

- Fluent Italian essential
- Office based customer service experience an advantage but not essential

This essentially means no experience necessary! If you are a bright candidate with the right attitude and aptitude, our client will accept you not having the right experience.

Your main responsibility will be to resolve customer queries from Italian speakers over phone, email and live chat. The job is expected to last until mid January but may continue longer.

Global IT Support Analyst

*2 years' experience in an IT Support Analyst position

*Escalate issues to 2nd and 3rd line when necessary

•    Excellent English plus at least one of Japanese, Chinese, French, Italian, French, Portuguese, German
•    Ideally at least two years in a customer service role
•    Previous experience in a call or service centre environment is ideal
•    Good MS Office skills
