Global IT Support Analyst

You will provide a technical 1st line support to the many offices of the company - UK, Germany, Spain, France, US, Asia - for a wide variety of issues and escalate when necessary.

Your ideal profile:
*2 years' experience in an IT Support Analyst position
*Broad technical skills with excellent knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 2016
* Ability to work on a fixed shift from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm (avoid traffic if you come by car)
*Excellent communication in English
*Extra bonus point if you speak German, French, Spanish, Italian or any additional language

The main responsibilities:
*Provide global IT support remotely or on-site for Mobile, Desktop, Laptop, Windows, Blackberry, Cisco, VPN, Active Directory, Exchange Server, etc.
*Document and resolve tickets in a timely manner
*Escalate issues to 2nd and 3rd line when necessary

The Role:

The Requirements:

My client would like to see a Degree level qualification or similar. If you have experience in the financial services/banking industry this is an advantage but not a must! You should present yourself professionally and be comfortable liaising with your clients on a remote basis. Other requirements include:

•    Excellent English plus at least one of Japanese, Chinese, French, Italian, French, Portuguese, German
•    Ideally at least two years in a customer service role
•    Previous experience in a call or service centre environment is ideal
•    Good MS Office skills
