Gaming Compliance Officer - Italian

Compliance Officer - Italian speaking - London based - £35,000-£50,000 benefits

We have an exciting new opportunity working in the international compliance team for a rapidly growing London based Online Digital Marketing company. For the role, it is essential to speak fluent Italian and English to a high business standard.

The primary responsibility of this role is to assist the compliance manager with all the licence conditions of our existing Italian gambling licence. You will be the organisations advisor on Italian Compliance and therefore experience and confidence to conduct this role will be key. You will be required to oversee and manage the tasks and issues in a timely manner, and provide the necessary updates to the compliance and operations managers.

Specific Responsibilities include:

Main Responsibilities* Maintain a close relationship with our legal advisors and consultants based in Italy Controlling the end to end management of created tasks* Handling issues received by the ADM and AGCOM* Build and maintain a relationship with the ADM and AGCOM* Keep senior management up to date on regulatory updates and ensure compliance is maintained* Undertaking the end to end process of performing audits and reviews as and when required* Being the main point of contact (consultant and authority) for Italian lawyers* Provide additional support to the compliance manager and team where required* Assisting the compliance team with games authorisation procedures

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:* At least 1 year proven experience within a gambling compliance role is mandatory* Proven experience of Italian market* Confident in using excel, word and PowerPoint* Knowledge of the Gambling industry* Compliance Certification (completed or in progress) desirable*Fluency in Italian essential. You will possess the following skills:* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and advice.* Manage own workloads and meet deadlines determined by the urgency of requests.* Attention to detail e.g. accurate capture of data;* Analytical and risk assessment skills;* Excellent computer skills;* Excellent verbal and written communication skills;* Flexible and the ability to develop methodologies;* Interacts with stakeholders in a professional, service-orientated manner.

Payroll Benefits Manager

Our client is looking for a Payroll Benefits Manager for a 7 months contract (maternity leave) beginning of October. You will be fully in charge of the payroll and must have a previous experience with ADP Decidium Pme/Web.

You will be part of the international HR team and be reporting to the Payroll International Manager (based in London) and to the Country HR Manager in Paris.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Payroll

  • Collect and process information on employees: absences, illnesses, increase ...
  • Establish payrolls in compliance with social and contractual legislation
  • Participate in the development of payroll rules (collective agreements, company agreements ...)
  • Processing items intended for external organizations: Urssaf, Pôle emploi, pension funds, etc.

 As a critical member of their QA Division, you will accelerate the delivery and improve the quality of their platform. You will be responsible for designing and implementing an automation framework for functional and non-functional test requirements. You will be working closely with development and testing teams to create test suites, build / maintain test harnesses and contribute to various quality assurance and testing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in expanding existing automation capability for increased test coverage

  • Participate in manual test creation / execution as and when required

  • Review and improve existing automation approach

  • Create and maintain test artefacts for regression testing and automation

  • Report test results periodically and provide clarity and transparency in all the deliverables

  • Collaborate closely with software development, support, project management and business teams

Key Requirements:
