Vous superviserez la disponibilité et la qualité du réseau ainsi que des services fournis aux clients. Vous identifierez les dysfonctionnements, assurerez l’ouverture d’une  fiche d’incident. Vous évaluerez les impacts sur le réseau et sur le service rendu aux clients et attribuerez la sévérité adaptée.
