  • Erstellung von Steuererklärungen und –bilanzen, Prüfung von Steuerbescheiden sowie Umsatzsteuer Voranmeldungen
  • Kommunikation mit inländischen Institutionen und ausländischen Steuerberatern
  • Erstellung von Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach nationalen und internationalen Vorschriften

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Hochschulstudium im Bereich BMW/VWL, Finanzen. Taxes & Accounting oder Steuer & Bilanzen oder Abschluss als Steuerfachkraft und Buchhalter
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Steuern ; explizit umsatzsteuerliches Meldewesen. in der Unternehmenssteuerberatung wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Fundierte SAP Kenntnisse  wie zum Beispiel SAP-FI Wünschenswert

My client is a world wide known Membership Organisation looking for a German speaking Service Support Specialist delivering the highest level of service, supporting their existing and potential members, partners and staff as well as regularly deputise for the European Service Team manager.

Based in London you will be working Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
The package offered includes £ 29-37k per annum plus private health care and pension schemes. Full training will be provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Skills

*Fluent to native German/English speaker

*Two-year minimum of experience in a B2B customer service, sales support, or help desk role including minimum of 6 months in a supervisory capacity.

*Extensive knowledge on B2B Customer Service and Sales processes.

*Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and German

*A team player as well as ability to work without supervision and natural capacity of building relationships with customers.

*Extensive working knowledge of MS office, CRM software and basic knowledge of Salesforce.com

Job Summary
An opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join our Accounts Division. This role will cover a wide range of duties, supporting the Accounts Division in managing the credit control, processing and troubleshooting various accountancy functions and transactions. Accounts and system experience would be a plus while training will be provided.

Responsibilities and Duties
· Credit control - generating chasing letters and emails with supporting documentation. Calls to clients to ensure timely payment of fees/invoices

I am working with an international property investment consultancy with a particular focus on the sale of new build and off plan properties across the South of France including the major Ski Resorts.

The Job:

This is a varied and challenging role which will make the most of a broad mix of skills. You will ensure a high level of client care at all times whilst approaching potential customers to win new business as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will also liaise with the marketing team under the supervision of the Sales Director to ensure that your portfolio of properties is being marketed in the best and most efficient way possible.
