Das machst Du:

  • Unterstützung  und Entlastung der Vertriebsleitung im täglichen Geschäft
  • Übernahme von eigenen Projekten zur Vertriebsentwicklung
  • Interne und externe Kommunikation inkl. allen Partnern
  • Planung von Terminen inkl. Erstellung von Präsentationen und Reporting

Das bist Du:

  • Gern abgeschlossene  Ausbildung / Studium oder 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Sales Coordination/Controlling/Support wünschenswert
  • Proaktive Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Fokus auf Effizienz und Selbstständigkeit
  • Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Interesse an IT und Software
  • Reisebereitschaft

Technical Client Services Manager (Ideally with Trade Floor Experience )

Currently in a Level 1 or 2 Technical Support role and is looking for a step up? Do you have experience in Client Servicing?  Strong understanding of fundamental IT Concepts? Then read on! 

Our client, an established global player in the FINTECH industry is looking for a Technical Client Services Manager to join their growing team. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist account managers and clients with “go live” and resolve connectivity and technical issues with our Java-based client software via phone and email
  • Assist with identification of software bugs and work with internal teams to manage through to resolution
  • Resolve technical problems or business workflow issues during initial client communication
  • Investigate and manage trading problems
  • Assist clients identify issues with underlying hardware infrastructure
  • Perform regression testing of full range of products and features on our platform
  • Effectively manage the escalation process for any incidents that cannot be resolved immediately

Key Requirements: 

  • 2-3  years of relevant Level 1& 2 Support Experience
  • Strong communication skills is a MUST
  • Working experience in Banking OR Financial Services OR FINTECH;  client services, middle office, back office of a global markets sales & trading division or other FX or treasury environment would be a PLUS
  • Good academic background, degree educated (minimum Bachelors, in a Computing based discipline, other degree subjects will be considered depending on experience)
  • Good experience and understanding of fundamental IT concepts (Java, TCP/IP, Linux/Unix, Windows, web technology, log file analysis, performance / connectivity trouble-shooting)  
  • Good organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to communicate technical/product information to a non-technical audience
  • Excellent sense of customer service (detail- and service-oriented)
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and consistently high output work ethic

My client is a world leading distributor of mobile accessories. This is a young and fast growing company providing cases, power and audio products for all major mobile phones and tablets. To strengthen their team in Bonn they are seeking a new Sales Support Executive with the focus on the German market.

Permanent Position/ Bonn

 

The Challenge

As the new Sales Support Executive you will work closely together with the Head of Sales and the Account Manager. It will be your responsibility to support with the account management of the existing client base as well as support in regards to gaining new clients in the market. Your clients would come from the retail, ecommerce and corporate sector.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist and support the Account Manager on a day to day basis
  • Help create proposals, contracts and presentations
  • Assist in the sales reporting
  • Support clients with any questions, problems or issues they might have
  • Establishing and maintaining a strong relationship with the existing client base
  • Assisting in the new business development
  • Upkeep of the CRM database

 

The Right Candidate

As the new Sales Support Executive you will have gained some first experience in a similar sales support, inside sales, back-office, client support and general admin role.

  • Experience in a inside sales, sales support, back-office and general admin role
  • Great customer service skills
  • Experience in B2B retail or wholesale is of advantage
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent German and good level of English is essential: a further Scandinavian language is of advantage

Your responsibilities:

• Make contact with potential new clients
• Present the technology via Webex or similar

• Schedule appointments for Account Executives
• Record information in  the CRM system
 
Your Profile:
• You have recently graduated with a Bachelors level Degree
• You have completed internships in a Customer focused role or have at least 6 months experience in a Customer facing role.
• If you have worked in Retail or Hospitality that’s great, you can use your Customer Service and problem solving skills.
• Don’t have any experience but recently graduated, lets talk!!
• Fluent German and English is essential
