Duties and Responsibilities
As an Analyst  your day to day tasks are varied and will be centred around sourcing data and providing excellent client service to a small portfolio of clients.
After an initial excellent training period you will be given your portfolio of clients and will be responsible for
• Data mining and sourcing of relevant real time and up to date Financial Information
• Writing of scripts and data mining to always source the most up to date information
• Liaising with clients both from the business and technical team in order to understand their business needs and objectives
• Build relationships within the client business in order to ensure you remain the partner of choice
• Regular product demonstrations and training
• Escalation management and ensuring follow up and problem resolution
• Conception and design of process flows

Requirements
• Business, Finance, Mathematical, Engineering or Technology related degree. 
• Strong Technical Affinity and Interest

Technical Support Team Manager

Our client is currently looking for a talented Level 2 Technical Support Manager to join their team in their Paris office , responsible for the management of the 2nd Line Support team supporting a market leading SaaS Retail Platform providing well-known retailers across France, the UK and Australia with a gateway for transactions.

The L2 Manager will co-ordinate closely with the L1 team and Level 3 specialist teams :( Infrastructure, Platforms, DBA and Network) and R&D teams in order to fulfil Service Level Agreements with clients.

The chosen candidate will have responsibilities including the following :

*Ensuring that customers tickets escalated to L2 are resolved in a timely manner, meeting SLAs with the right level of response.
*Reducing ticketing delays.
*Improving and facilitating the support process and setting-up standard procedures.

*Supervising the Real-time business monitoring tool.

*Developing the shared 'knowledgebase'

Technical Skills /Competencies required

*Software Support background including databases knowledge in a Linux environment.
*Good understanding of technology, SaaS products ( ideally) and services in a commercially oriented environment.
*Understanding of Network technologies and protocols, computing environments including Linux, Postgres, SQL, LAN/WAN, IP/NAT routing etc…
*Knowledge of ITIL processes for IT Service Level Management is a significant advantage.
*Solid skills in problem resolution analysis.
*Knowledge of JIRA and Grafana would be an advantage.

Network Infrastructure Manager

One of the truly global providers of content distribution networks, with server farms in over 40 countries is seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Manager to join their vibrant offices in Central London. If you have a working knowledge of BGP network engineering and operations as well as management experience and desire to grow with a worldwide business, look no further!

About the role:

*Supporting BGP and IGP network operations, including device, network, traffic troubleshooting and administration.
*Managing service operations in the EMEA region.
*Working in collaboration with other divisions of the business and regular liaison with counterparts covering other regions.
*Working closely with ISPs and IDCs to build, operate and optimise the network.
*Planning and leading key network implementation and improvement projects.

Requirements and qualifications

*A degree in Computing or a related field with at least one relevant experience in a similar position.

*ITIL Foundation v3 qualification desirable.
