The successful candidate will be required to attend the Quarterly Business Reviews and Sales Strategy meetings and will contribute to the overall strategic direction of the region and devise and execute a cost-effective operational approach that supports this. The new Sales Director will contribute and support the overall plan to deliver the territory's short and long term goals. This is a strong leadership role and requires expertise to demonstrate this on a situational and strategic basis. There will be a lot of travel involved as well.

Responsabilités

Au sein d’une équipe de 8 personnes, vous assurez la conception et l’évolution des infrastructures techniques  sur les technologies dans votre périmètre, afin de garantir une qualité optimale.

Vos missions principales :

  • Garantir la production d’études d’ingénierie et de conception.

Réaliser des études d’architecture et/ou d’ingénierie et déterminer le dimensionnement des infrastructures techniques et de ses équipements.

  • Participer à la définition et à l’évolution de la roadmap, et garantir son bon déroulement dans les domaines techniques vous avez la charge.

Profil

  • Diplôme d’Ingénieur ou équivalent en Informatique
  • Expérience sur des technologies similaires de minimum 1 an

Under the direct supervision and control of the IT Operations Manager and following the guidelines given by the Application Experts & System Engineer you will perform a number of tasks concerning the daily operations of the system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring of the system components and raising ticket problems to the IT Operations Manager or Application Experts

  • Checks on the website to confirm that the program offered is updated with latest release

  • Monitoring databases performance

  • Maintaining systems & performing processes including file transfers, deletion of temporary data, disk volume checks, as appropriate

Key Requirements

*Strong skills and experience working with Windows/MAC OS/Windows Server 2008/2012, Windows Media Services and Microsoft SQL 2008/2016.
*Experience in Networking, SaaS/ Web Applications and APIs is a strong advantage.
*Knowledge of Video Production, Editing or Online video technologies is a big plus.
*Any experience with Fiddler, Wireshark, Perfmon or other similar diagnostic tools is a bonus.
*Fluent French and Fluent/Advanced English is essential. The position is oriented towards the French speaking market , however, initially some support will be conducted in English.
