I am partnering with an international distributor and manufacturer of mobile device accessories. This is a young and growing company providing cases, power and audio products for all major mobile phones and tablets. To strengthen their small team in Bonn they are seeking a new Sales Support Administrator with the focus on the German market.

Permanent Position/ Bonn / Hybrid

 

The Challenge

As the new Sales Support Administrator, you will work closely together with the Head of Sales and the Account Manager. It will be your responsibility to provide the administrative support in the office as well as office management duties. This will include support with the preparing of marketing materials, order management, handling communication to customers and managing service requests. Your clients will be B2B and come from the retail, e-commerce and corporate sector.  

Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Assist and support the Account Manager on a day-to-day basis
  • Office management duties
  • Prepare marketing materials
  • Help create proposals, contracts and presentations
  • Offer clients support if they have questions, problems or issues
  • Upkeep of the CRM database

 

The Right Candidate

As the new Sales Support Administrator, you will ideally have gained some first experience in a similar sales support, office management, back-office, client support and general admin role. 

  • First experience in a sales support, back-office, marketing assistant and general admin role
  • Great customer service skills
  • Experience in B2B retail, e-commerce or wholesale is of advantage
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent German and good level of English is essential
