Japanese speaking Customer Service Assistant

A world's leading bank is recruiting for their head office team. This is a once in a life time opportunity to work for one of the worlds leading banks. So a little bit more about the role:


To provide customers with excellent support on commerce and various banking products and to respond to any enquirers.
*Being the first point of contact for customers via email or telephone.
*Data input and processing
*Data and information management, including the sorting and filing of documentation
*Providing management information, such as record data or market data in relation to the customer dealings, as required.
*Identify the customers performances for anti-money laundering
*To support your colleagues when needed.
*Ad hoc duties as allocated by the Head of Customer Support

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Must be fluent to native level in: Japanese
*Makes sure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role
*Conveys first class customer service and takes personal accountability for resolving customer related matters.
*Works co-cooperatively and efficiently with others, making a full involvement to effective team performance.
*Is proactive in identifying ways to develop the role and improve processes

*Banking industry knowledge

*Excellent organisational and time management skills
