French speaking Financial Controller

We are currently looking for a French speaking Financial Controller for our client who is an international property investment advisory. The office is in SW London, in a lovely area. About the role

The responsibility for the group's accounting function, including three offices around Europe
Establish and provide reports for partners and investors
Maintain comprehensive accounting and compliance tools
Supervise monthly payroll for all offices, as well as monitoring of cash flow
Financial analysis, close, reporting and gap analysis
Prepare, complete & submit CT returns, prepare country VAT & Intrastat Returns, and monitor for GAAP and tax compliance
Manage company policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity and acquisitions
Deal with company's financial accounting, as well as acquisition and sales audits
Conduct financial declarations and inspections
Management of the accounting team
Fundraising management and debt management

Ideal candidate

*Strong working experience as a Financial Controller
*Fluent in English and French language
*Previous working experience in an international setting, preferably in small companies
*A qualified member of an accountancy body or holder of an equivalent qualification
*Preferably (fully or partially) DSCG qualified
*Experience using French GAAP accounting

You must be able to legally work in the UK!
