German speaking Finance Assistant

A highly successful media company are looking for a German speaker to assist with their growing finance team to help manage clients and to assist the Finance Manager and EMEA Finance Assistant.
The suitable candidate needs to be an experience finance assistant with accounts receivable experience and ideally accounts payable.
Main responsibilities:
*Processing purchase ledger invoices (QuickBooks)
*Processing accounts receivable invoices (Quickbooks)
*Processing expenses and credit card statements
*Processing weekly payments to suppliers
*Monthly reconciliations of accounts
*Allocating incoming monies to the banks
*Reconciliations at month-end
*Speaking and liaising with external customers and colleagues to resolve issues
Experience:
*Fluent German speaker both written and spoken
*Relevant higher education in Finance, Accounting or Banking
*1 years' experience in AR
*The ability to control, own and maintain the purchase ledger with minimal supervision
