Responsibilities

*Developing and maintaining our client's Online Accounting software in an Agile, fast-paced environment in the heart of Paris (France)
*Pro-actively contributing to designing solutions , coding and renewing new features , modules and bugs.
*Demonstrating ownership for full lifecycle development from customer requirements gathering to idea creation , implementation and production.
*Partnering to work effectively and cross-functionally with Product Management, Central, Sales , Marketing teams to deliver a high quality customer experience and drive continuing massive growth.
*Contributing to a pro-active , engaged and inclusive working environment and positive team culture.
*Passion for learning new technologies and developing new technical skills with the aim of solving customer challenges.

Qualifications and skills required

*A Bachelors (License) or Masters degree or relevant experience
*Proven track record in developing complex software applications in Java and /or JavasScript in at least one full-time work experience.
*Solid grasp of software engineering and practical applications.
*Proven experience with Java or JavaScript is essential , Cloud computing or SaaS experience is a big benefit.
*Experience with Unit testing & Test Driven Development ( TDD) is highly desirable.
*Self-starter attitude and ability to make decisions independently with little direct direction.
*Strong desire to learn, grow your career and improve.
*Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong track-record of delivering against assigned tasks.
*Strong written and verbal communications skills in English. French is beneficial but the working language is English.
*Passionate about owning and delivering a great customer experience.
