Japanese speaking Corporate Banking Associate/Analyst
Main Responsibilities:

Credit Analyst
・To analyse customers' financial situation
・To assist preparation of credit application (new deal, amendment, and renewal)
・Documentation review process
・Credit monitoring & administration -including monitoring / internal reporting in
 accordance with the Bank's procedure (e.g. Problem loans reporting,  
 inspection/audit requirement, etc)
・To assist marketing activities -preparation marketing documents, visiting
 customers, attending bank meeting etc.
RM assistant
・Communicate with supplier and book a fright, hotels and other matters relates
 RMs business trip
・Book a venue of entertainment on behalf of RMs
・Submit EPS (Expense processing system) on behalf of RMs
・Assist other miscellaneous administration task
Compliance
・Read, Understand and comply with the bank's Compliance Manual;
・Be up to date with Anti Money Laundering training
・Have signed the required Compliance Undertakings
・Report promptly any identified compliance or money laundering risks
・Comply with internal rules: HO procedures, and ECBD1 transaction guidelines

Requirements:
・Strong numeracy skills
・Good organisational and time management skills
・Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
・Basic PC literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point)
・Administration / marketing support skills within banking environment
・Corporate Credit Analysis at introductory level (including financial spreadsheets/accounting knowledge, basic cash flow analysis/modelling skills)
・Japanese language skills
・Customer focused work experience
・Banking industry knowledge

Overseeing the preparation of corporate tax returns and other statutory filings. *Partnership taxation - advising on the tax implications for both the client's company and the family trust on partnership tax matters in relation to investments. *International tax - the client holds investments in several different jurisdictions, in Europe and further afield. An important part of the role is understanding how the UK tax system interacts with the local tax regime of each of these investments.
